It does look like a really HUGE squid, perhaps struggling with a whale. Brought to the surface on the back of the whale.While it's a youtube video with the requisite creepy music, I can confirm that this object is there in Google Earth (both web and desktop versions).
Online speculation has it being a "kraken".

Yes. If you click on the link @oldrover posted in post 4, there is a photo of the rock where you can see waves crashing round it.What is causing the apparent disturbance in the water, is it waves breaking against parts of the rock beneath the surface?
