Lights over the arch in St. Louis

The video clearly shows some slow moving balls of light. Another video also confirmed the lights.

According to Weather Underground, around 2am, there were thunderstorms approaching and it was overcast. The storm was logged at about 4:30. So, ball lightning seems like a decent hypothesis. Many people say drones.

I saw a lot of sheet lighting in the first minute and then a weird fast moving light at the minute mark. Didn't make it much after that

Wouldn't have minded knowing when to look - the fast moving lights are insects very close to the camera, some of which become quite clear later on. And later on there are some odd slow-moving lights in the left of the sky. Sort of chinese lantern-like; I'm not saying they were lanterns as I think they'd be blowing quicker in the wind (it feels windy!) - no idea what they are. Drones, possibly?

There's one at 13.43 that's visible for about 40 seconds, actually dropping in front of the buildings in the background before vanishing. Don't know what it means. Still lantern-like at some points, but then then it seems to burn brightly for a while...
