Yes, I post here from time to time giving updates on our Welsh ghostly farmhouse.

The start of the story can be found on our local town's website, I keep meaning to update it. http://www.moldweb.co.uk click on 'About Mold' click on the picture of the monk and you will get some of the story.

I discovered this website the other day, which I did not know existed, it is based on a 1999 film of our phenomena.

I can be contacted on my e-mail address if you have any questions [email protected] :)

Ah! Do you start a new thread with each update? I ask cos I posed the question on the thread "Our Spook", and you've started new one here to answer it!

Not a crime, but it would be easier to keep up on one thread!!

Stu:)

Sorry I must have pressed the new thread button instead of reply, although I didn't think I did!

The link is dead. An archived version of the 2002 webpage (with photos) is accessible at the Wayback Machine:

The lady was a frequent poster once-upon-a-time, though, as Stu. points out above, her contributions were dotted around the board, some appearing to be written as press-releases. She described an eclectic range of phenomena; her monk seems to have gone to school in Borley and picked up some art-skills in Bélmez.

The publicity-storm fizzled after a couple of years. By her own account in the archived article, she would now be approaching seventy and living, hopefully, a quieter life.

This book dates the start of the phenomena to 1997, when a visiting Irish couple saw a vision of a lady in a field by the house. The letter from the supposedly London-based couple was mysteriously redirected via Wrexham but, according to the book, it was enough to turn the farmhouse into "a mini-Lourdes."
