I went to the local grocery to buy something appropriate for Easter Dinner. It was a poor selection--usually is, it's one of the worst shops in town for selection, quality and prices. The best cut of meat available was a rack of pork rib roast, but the price was $6.66, so I decided on some chicken instead.

Somehow it didn't seem appropriate to dine on a cut of meat marked with the Number of the Beast 666. Not for Easter, at least.

There's a whole thread on the subject of the number 666.

I was pleased to pay £6.66 for some fruit and veg on Hanley Market a year or so back!
White Line Taxis in Crewe had the number 666666, dunno if they still do.
