But I don't think the bread itself is so disastrous - it's just that it's too tempting to make a sandwich when the 'nibbles' strike! And then another sandwich....
Ryvita is nowhere near so tempting!
Like most boozers, I find I get peckish after a few drinks
- my answer is not to keep anything nibblish in the house. If it's too much trouble to make a tasty snack, I don't bother.
