Worst Album Covers

I absolutely love this collage, although it may be one of the worst record covers ever in the eyes of others. It's only really good big, because then you get to see the queen (plus corgi) and a vast cloud of skulls emanating from the skeleton anti-christ's immense spliff.

That Scorpions cover is dangerously close to child porn.

I'm seriously amazed and disturbed that could ever be released - certainly not without a few arrests. :_omg:

and can we have all the roger dean ones for yes, too?

Can't see any Scorpions cover.

...anyway, wasn't paedophillia still legal in the 80s for German rockstars?

The first website is all taken from a book i was browsing thru in Waterstones.

Is that Tony Blair bottom left (or maybe my eye sight has finally given up!)

I once had a job a sheltered workshop. One of my regular tasks was escorting the workers to the lavatory, so you get the picture. :|

The Dansette played loud and constant. We had a huge selection of music - Herb Alpert, Mrs Mills, Mantovani, Top Of The Pops......... :(

I particularly grew to loathe Mrs Mills and laughed evilly when she died.

As many people know - Peter Blake did the Sgt Pepper Album but the Pop artist Richard Hamilton designed the White Album as a reaction to the late Brian Epstein's dislike of busy psychedelic covers - Epstein apparently wanted to put Sgt Pepper in a brown paper bag,

I didn't know that the Village People had a New Romantic period...

Wrecked Record Art May I introduce a full Facebook interest group, dedicated to appalling, weird or just plain ill-conceived record art of all kinds?
