Your First Haunted House

My first haunted house was Borley rectory I'm 54. Also the house, a red brick Victorian building, at the bottom of our school field. We managed to convince everyone it was haunted and no one would go to that part of the field. We were grassed up and ended up in the headmasters office for frightening people! It turned out one of our dinner ladies lived in it and had to come in to a school assembly to prove it wasn't haunted.
