It’s taking a whole lot more than 5 seconds to load a page on my iPad. I thought it had frozen completely. I will kick in touch until they get the issue fixed.

I just visited the server room at the Troll's Head.
Looking through the window, I could see that some joker had plugged the server into a 110 Volt socket. No wonder it's slow!

Did you mean the Brigands of Torpidity? They were my favorite 1980s band.

Aye, same here.
I'm on gigabit fibre here, so I don't think it's my end, plus everything else seems fairly zippy.

Takes ages for stuff to load and general responsiveness isn't good.
