Strange days and strange dreams but in my case my dreams have come true in the past 11 days I have lost two friends one died very suddenly of a brain disease he was in his fifties the other it is believed he committed suicide no ones knows for shore has yet, and he was only 23yrs old however you may say that there is nothing strange in this and that people die every day, but in my dreams I fore swore there deaths both in separate dreams and both on separate occasions and you may know or not know from my previous posting that I am medium or clairvoyant which every is preferred but both amount to the same thing, therefore I guest what I trying to say is even though I do what I do, I am still shocked by what I see and experience especially when I see and feel death out of the corner of my eye and in my dreams and feel his presents when I am awake and he is close by

Put the lights out, hide behind the couch, we are certainly not in . . .

Not a peep out of any of you!

Just sometimes I want to get out my red pen and put "sp." in the margin!
Old habits die hard -sorry!

 Agreed. And add a full stop or two.

"...and feel his presents..."

Sorry, but I love little spelling mistakes like this :)
I now just can't get rid of the childhood memory of finding wrapped xmas presents, hidden away in the bottom of a wardrobe, and feeling them to see if I could guess what they were!

I see that the clowns and jokers are out along with the believers of I am infallible and it doesn't apply to me brigade however perhaps when you next come to a sign in the road that says danger road closed and you ignore it and you still continue on your journey you may find it will probably be to your cost, as I feel a lesson in life is what you need and are about to have.
In other words SCOFF if you must but remember life is a very good teacher and misfortune is only a step away.

Remember Jonathan all things are transient and everything is in the process of dying, so misfortune is always a step away.

Even this will pass away.....

None of us are infallible and, as Heckler points out, death applies to us all. I just don't believe you're a medium or a clairvoyant. I don't believe anyone is. However, for the purposes of argument, let's hypothetically assume you are; what use are your powers when they failed to help you prevent the death of both your friends?

Or as Sophocles would put it:

Alas, how terrible is wisdom when it brings no profit to the man that's wise?

Well, probably. That is Darwin Award kind of behaviour.

Firstly only warlocks and witches are alleged to have power's I am neither but I am of the old school. but just to settle your curiosity go to BCM promotions and click on mediums and there you will find me. and I do take bookings through my agent should you wish to do so Oh! and heckler you are so right!

Links at the bottom of their page don't seem to show 'Mediums'. Does it come under 'Magic & Illusions'?

They do have duo's and trio's though.

I don't think the trio are my cup of tea but there are a couple of the duos I'd like to make an enquiry about! :D

Apologies for this childishness

It is nearly the weekend though!

OK, jonathan. I read your post and it was missing the most interesting part; what you were actually dreaming. Can you describe your dreams?
Without that part, people read the post with the emphasis on you having predicted the deaths by dreaming something about them. This will lead to the answers you've received as we have many threads here about predictive dreaming.

I personally have many times had dreams about things 'while' they were happening, almost as if I received the info live like a radio.
My mom had often seen black clad figures before someone died. So I am open minded. In order to make this thread worthwhile you need to tie the dreams and the consequences together.
So, could you give me a run down of each dream and also how long after the next person died?

Jonathan you are Shirley Ghostman and I claim my five pounds!

I also like to ask, if you are a medium, has this happened before? And did you make the connections between each dream and the individual?

So you're a medium? Myself, I'm a large.

Is there any point in 'believing' someone is or is not a medium? I thought Fortean thinking eschewed entrenched and faith-based opinions as much as possible.

...when I read Jonthan's posts I "hear" Christopher Lee reading out his words. Is it just me?

Is there any point in believing anything in that case?

I am not, and have never claimed to be, a fundamentalist Fortean. I'm merely Fort-curious.

Fortnostic?

I've seen him in those Fortean bars, wearing those Fortean-looking tight trousers. He's a Fortean all right. ;)

I was young, foolish and just experimenting back then.

Oh come on, it's all out in the open now! Nobody's ashamed to be a Fortean any more! Be PROUD! :D

And if you claim absolutely not to be a fortean, well that's clear proof that you are just a represssed fortean, reverse psychology init?
