As mentioned earlier, it's masking tape, she'd be free in 5 seconds. My parent's have worse photos of me.
I suggested it was bad judgment, not that it was funny. Bad judgment, and -given the quote on the image - possibly a misguided attempt at humor, as.opposed to evidence of a child trafficking plot. It's so 'not funny', I'm inclined to wonder if the fake story isn't a cover for this rather horrible image. While there is something in what you say, this is not a subject for any kind of a joke - and if someone is asking me to consider it to be a joke, I'm going to be suspicious. If someone taped one of my daughters down 'for a joke' and posted it on the 'net, it's entirely possible they'd never find the body and I'd have been somewhere else, with impeccable witnesses. Just jokin' obviously. Haha.
That's an interesting parallel. For reasons I can't put my finger on, the creation of Slenderman keeps nagging at me. This reminds me of it, somehow
In response to your last paragraph, K, while I don't have your vast political knowledge, I do understand what you mean about smoke and embers. That's an interesting parallel.
Another parallel that occurs to me comes from ten or so years ago when I was still naive enough to believe that bloggers might make a positive difference to political life in the UK. Instead, the leading political blog to emerge purported to be anti-establishment, but quickly became a right-wing attack blog with a vile free-for-all in the comments (thinking about it, I think it was that experience of watching the decline and fall of political blogging from a decently civilised exchange of opposing views to the tone set by the sewer of Guido Fawkes that has made me so concerned about the political threads here. But I digress...). That site kept insisting, along with constant homophobic innuendo, that there were photos showing former Prime Minister Gordon Brown in poses that were simultaneously sexualised and infantilised. The
sock-puppetsregular commenters below-the-line kept these rumours alive. It seems no smear is de trop for the less scrupulous political operators in the UK and, indeed, across the pond.
But there is yet another parallel that springs to mind: in amongst all the many scrupulously documented genuine outrages and horrors described in GULAG Archipelago, there is a seemingly throwaway line about Party leaders having young children in convenient positions under their desks, forced to performing sexual acts on the grandees. Given the sober truth of everything else Solzhenitsyn described in that book - and part of its power, at least in translation, is the understated, even tone of the narration: he studiously eschews hyperbole everywhere else - and the enormity of the system at the top of which these people stood, why would he choose to embellish their evil still further? So can we take that line at face value? Beria, certainly, was notorious for favouring underage girls, and there are truly horrible accounts of his subordinates having to make their own children available to him, in the certain knowledge of his intentions. Given what else the Communist hierarchy was capable of doing, why would they be put off breaking this particular taboo?
It's not even as if the CPSU was uniquely murderous - there were plenty of other 20th century totalitarian regimes that experienced no obvious qualms in doing away with their own citizens. It may seem a leap to go from totalitarian regimes to what we are pleased to call democracies, and still there's the Belgian scandal that allegedly implicates politicians from that country, and there are rumours that continue to swirl around various recently deceased politicians in the UK. Despite my second paragraph, I can't quite quell the nagging suspicion that there may well be embers of fire underneath all the smoke.
I don't suspect you of anything, not at all, I was responding to this:I suggested it was bad judgment, not that it was funny. Bad judgment, and -given the quote on the image - possibly a misguided attempt at humor, as.opposed to evidence of a child trafficking plot.
Am I to infer from your post that you suspect me of something now? If so, can you please be specific so we can try to clear this up through proper channels. I don't like leaving an accusation hanging there.
No accusation aimed at you, just what I think of such a 'joke'., it was probably someone's idea of a joke.
'Kin Ell !! ... I can't see that place staying open for much longer. I wonder what Tripadvisor has to say about the place? *scuttles off to trip advisor*Well, some guy with a gun just got arrested at the pizza shop.
News is reporting that he fired a shot inside the pizza place as well.
"Terrific, amazing pizza"'Kin Ell !! ... I can't see that place staying open for much longer. I wonder what Tripadvisor has to say about the place? *scuttles off to trip advisor*
edit: here we go
Mr. Welch, the father of two daughters, said he woke up Sunday morning and told his family he had some things to do. He left “Smallsbury,” a nickname for his hometown, for the 350-mile drive to Washington with the intention of giving the restaurant a “closer look” and then returning home. He wanted to “shine some light on it.” As he made his way to Washington, he felt his “heart breaking over the thought of innocent people suffering.” Once he got to the pizzeria, there was an abrupt change of plans. Mr. Welch would not say why he took a military-style assault rifle inside the restaurant and fired it. According to court documents, Mr. Welch said he had come armed to help rescue the children.
Mr. Welch said that he had acted in haste and that, if he could, he would do a lot of things differently. “I regret how I handled the situation,” he said.
I don't think there's a smoking gun. There are some creepy instagram posts, some disturbing artwork and an email which talks about a hot tub party with prepubescent girls. It's all a bit grubby and yucky and it wouldn't surprise me if something unpleasant had occurred. The rest of it, with lurid tales of people trafficking, satanic rituals and the rest of it is pure tin foil hattery.ive skimmed through some of the instagram posts held on voat ... looks like a lot of flim-flam to me ... wheres the smoking gun ?
British historian Norman Cohn, in his book Europe’s Inner Demons, finds elements of pedophile conspiracies throughout history. In the 1st century B.C., members of the Catiline conspiracy, an aristocratic plot to overthrow the Roman Republic, supposedly swore an oath over the entrails of a boy and then ate them. And in the witch hunts of the 15th–17th centuries, tens of thousands of people were tortured and killed over allegations that they’d performed ritual child murder, among other heinous acts.
In this dialogue, written by Marcus Minucius Felix in the 2nd century, the Roman pagan Caecilius Natalis speaks of Christians the way Pizzagaters described John Podesta and his fellow liberal elite. Natalis is particularly incensed by the cult’s initiation ritual. The details are as “revolting as they are notorious”: New members are initiated into the cult, he reports, by stabbing and killing an infant who has been coated in dough.
I know this thread is old, still nothing has been trully looked into. The now private instagram account housed many disturbing pics w insanely obvious sinister comments. Yes. This alone should of raised a few flags. Besides james elifantes name literally means lover of small kids, babies, boys. Basically.See now, that gives me cause for concern.
She calls herself a satanist. Shes fully open about het beliefs yet most people pay no attention or just dont care..her beliefs are her business but shes connected w too many political figures. The ghost of Pizza Gate lives on.
Conspiracy theorists calling the artist Marina Abramovich a satanist has made Microsoft cancel a campaign promoting their Hololens 2.
Bill Gates’ Microsoft Cancel Marina Abramovic Campaign After People Flood Video Calling Her Out As a Satanist

On Good Friday, the holiest day in the Christian calendar, Bill Gates’ Microsoft released a commercial promoting its association with the elite’s favorite artist: Marina Abramovic, a renowned Satanist.
After a huge backlash from internet users, the Microsoft official video was set to “private” and all traces of the doomed campaign are now scrubbed from Microsoft’s official website.
VigilentCitizen report: To promote its “mixed reality: device Hololens 2, Microsoft teamed up with prominent occultist Marina Abramovic to create an art project named The Life.
In a promotional video posted on Microsoft’s official YouTube account, Abramovic is described as the “most legendary performance artist working now”.
The art project consists of people wearing the Holohens device to witness a ghostly version of Abramovic appearing out of nowhere while walking around while wearing a symbolic red dress.
In the video, which was released on Good Friday, Marina says that the project allows her to attain a form of immortality.
“The Life is dealing with what is going to stay after I’m not there anymore, and I can face myself, and this frightening experience. Really like you’re facing your own ghost, but it is always this greater idea of immortality. Once you die the work could never die because the work of art can continue. In performance, the piece is only in the memory of the audience and nowhere else. Here I am kept forever.”
The video was not well received at all. After a flood of negative comments and about 90% thumbs down, Microsoft set the video to “private”. Since nothing can be truly deleted from the internet, the video was re-uploaded by other sources.
Microsoft also removed all traces of the campaign from its official website – although it still appears in Google search results:
