Every post has a small hash sign and a number in the top-right corner of the white box the text appears in. Actually, it's in the narrow information bar above the text box, but that's being fussy. Your post here, for instance is #1 and this one--mine--is #2.

You have two options:

1) Click on this hash-number to load a page that points directly at that post. You can then copy the exact address from the 'address bar' of your browser.

2) Right-click on this hash-number and 'copy link' will be easier if your browser supports this.

You can post this link anywhere you like--even outside the board if you really wish.

I did, seriously, spend time clicking on just about everything otherwise...

That's great, cheers - not so sure I would eventually have figured this one out!
