Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19): Conspiracy Theories & Claims

Ah, but, if you don't talk then the bad guys win.... or something.

It's weird, but like you said, the main battle is in finding the truth. That is a lot of battle.... and it's not over yet.
I decided not to discuss the vaccine and I will keep to that. You talk about the truth. Most don't want the truth. Most want what the MK Ultra programming have told them is the truth. The battle is not mine to fight. No, it's not over yet and society will be in for some serious life rattling shocks in the near future that may make some realise what is actually going on.

I'll pick up on just the one point you made. This claim has been debunked a number of times. Here is one of many articles presenting the facts.

https://apnews.com/article/fact-check-covid-vaccines-athlete-deaths-1500-989195878254
Those same fact checks at one point told us that people catching covid like wildfire when they had been vaccinated was misinformation - that catching covid once vaccinated was just a small amount of "breakthrough cases"

That then changed to a "fact check" that asserted the vaccinated could not spread the disease as was being claimed by anti vaxxers and other apparent nuttballs, who got pushed off social media for stating the obvious.

Now, the vaccine is being fact checked for rumors that it is causing serious harm to people and the ones who have 10 doses running through their system are believing the narrative that it's safe, possibly out of fear of what may be going on inside their bodies.

Moderna themselves said only a year before pandemic that MRNA, whilst promising, was best used as a single shot to treat diseases as it was volatile and repeated doses increased risk of adverse, very nasty effects.

Rather than reading what mainstream media wants you to know, research from just before pandemic. The below article should make anyone wonder how they turned this drug around to be a minimal side effect drug in such a short space of time

https://www.statnews.com/2017/01/10/moderna-trouble-mrna/

As has been stated by others, vaccination against flu is impossible due to the constant mutations and covie is essentially a flu, just rebranded and therefore impossible to vaccinate against. We were guinea pigs pure and simple

The article you included is from 2017, three years before Covid became a worldwide issue.

You didn't address the point I made about athletes allegedly dying due to vaccines i.e. the claims are nonsense, particularly when the numbers quoted include people in old age, diagnosed with cancer etc.

The mainstream media can be misguided, even a little naughty at times. But to suggest they are in on a huge conspiracy is wrong.

Pandemic started in 2019, the article is late 2017.

And the 1st 2 paragraphs of what I wrote very much addressed the "fact check" that you posted about athletes dying. The same fact check web sites change their fact checks each time they get caught out.

I went to a school with around 3000 kids, and only 1 ever died. (leukemia sadly, she was 13) I know this as the cathedral the school was linked to had a service for anyone in the school that wanted to attend in her memory, and did it across a week so all could pay their respects.

Now we have defibrillators on every street corner and kids dropping dead suddenly very regularly.

So called fact check websites aren't going to announce that BioNtech made a huge cock up and there's a good chance you could drop dead in the street or there would be outrage, a lot of panic and even more lawsuits.

The guy who runs CNN has publicly admitted that he cares more about entertainment value than being truthful. That's a massive red flag regarding ho committed to honesty they are.

We live in a strange time when the alternative news media is the place to go to get the actual news while the MSM news isn't the news. It's anything but the news. "News at Ten' should be called 'Not the News at Ten'.

One thing many people forget to include is the change in perinatal mortality, as well as the change in children's mortality in general.

More babies who would have died at some point are surviving, depending on circumstances they have problems further down the line.

Surely such improvements in modern medicine would mean lower childhood mortality and less serious illness?

I don't quite get how lower perinatal mortality due to improvements in medical care/treatment lead to higher childhood mortality?

I can't answer for Frideswide but I'm assuming it was about the fact that more can be done to help premature babies survive than in the past which might mean that the problems will manifest in later life? I've not seen any figures for that but it's something I've wondered about as the age of gestation and survival is pushed lower and lower.

I've found it odd that the figures never seem to get mentioned. Usually the figures always get mentioned.

Maybe it's just me seeing something in something that is not something.

"Kids dropping dead suddenly very regularly?" Where'd you get that factoid from?
Off-hand, I'd say that heart conditions and heart attacks have increased in the West in general. I can't see having a defib available in public is a bad thing. I certainly don't link their increase or use with covid vaccines - I link it with our general health and an increased awareness of a serious issue.

We don't sort the wheat from the chaff to the same extent. More people who have some sort of inherent, possibly fatal, tendency to die or be troubled by serious health issues are surviving.

If there are Kids dropping dead suddenly very regularly then the above needs to be included in calaculations.

The problem is getting accurate and reliable data that hasn't been through the governments spin machine.

I'm 66. During my time at infants school and junior school there wasn't a single death, heart attack, case of cancer, etc, with no allergies or asthma and I lived in a very high pollution area.

So one the one hand we have much healthier children when medical care and treatment wasn't anywhere as good as it is now versus kids having heart attacks, rare cancers, genetic disorders, allergies, asthma, etc when medical care and treatments are vastly improved.

It makes no sense.

Your sample size isn't enough to draw any conclusions. I went to several schools pre 13 and there were non accident deaths at all of them.

So we don't have enough data to support Kids dropping dead suddenly very regularly, but we do have two experiences which cancel each other out.

There could well be figures but I haven't seen them or even thought about them for decades. I just remember either I'd read an article or perhaps seen the figures when I was in my child bearing years. It was the recieved wisdom at the time that 28 weeks gestation was the viable cut off point. (I gather that it is now pushed much lower). The earlier the birth the more likely it was to result in physical or mental problems in later life. (Likely but not a given as such. I worked with a bloke who had been born at home weighing only a couple of pounds. He'd not been expected to live but his mum kept him warm and fed an he survived against the odds and although he wasnt exactly big and beefy he seemed perfectly healthy and had no more time off sick than anybody else.)

From Manifold betting market, interesting:
https://manifold.markets/chrisjbillington/will-bsp9000-win-the-rootclaim-chal?r=dWFpcjAx

Rootclaim has a standing offer called the Rootclaim challange, in which someone who disagrees with their analysis may challenge them to a debate judged by professional judges, with each party having $100,000 at stake.

No such debate has yet taken place.

AstralCodexTen commentor Peter Miller (who goes by the handle BSP9000) is currently considering taking them up on the offer, on the topic of whether COVID-19 originate in a lab leak. They and Saar Wilf are currently attempting to find judges.

This is very interesting:

I'm not sure what you are trying to say.

The challenge is just a debate with debate judges deciding who wins. Debates have their rules and the one who wins is whoever has made a good pro or con argument. Debates do not decide what is a viable fact.

Raw numbers aren't the main draw anyways, you need to analyze the reasons why.

One of the worst things with Covid was having it get thrown on a bunch of death certificates because the people writing the forms thought they had the right symptoms... no test for the virus, just similar symptoms. Also the official Covid mortality figures don't actually care if people died OF Covid. That's the worst part!. Yes the motorcycle crash one is thrown around a LOT, but that's because of just how STUPID it was to put in a motor-vehicle death as "caused by Covid".

Thus the official stats are dirty data as-is.

The person didn't even have to have symptoms. If a person X died in a ward of something unrelated to covid and with no covid symptoms and someone else had died in the same ward in the previous 28 days, and covid had been written on their death certificate, then person X would automatically have covid also written on their death certificate.

Due to the endless fear-porn being relentlessly pumped out in the media most believed the figures without a second thought. The media didn't present factual data, they presented halve truths and often downright lies.

An elderly neighbour who was in very poor health fell over and broke his hip. He had to have an emergency operation due to internal bleeding and sadly he died without regaining consciousness after the operation. His wife could not believe that covid was mentioned on the death certificate as he had tested negative by the ambulance crew. As bad as that is, his wife couldn't even go with him in the ambulance, was not allowed in the hospital or to go to his funeral because he didn't have one. He was cremated immediately after he died and no one was allowed to attend. What an appalling and brutal end to 60 odd years of marriage. She still hasn't got over it that she couldn't even say good bye.

This is good. I'm prepared to change my mind on the lab leak hypothesis and switch to the zoonotic explanation:
https://protagonist-science.medium.com/lableak-truther-loses-100-000-in-his-own-debate-0c3930ccd443

The PhD molecular biologist Will van Treuren:

“I viewed this debate as a truth-seeking exercise with my vote reflecting what I found to be the most plausible origin of SARS-CoV-2 […] I concluded that there is approximately a 1 in 300 chance that SARS-CoV-2 was the result of a lab leak.”

— Judge Will van Treuren

and the applied mathematician and Earth Science PhD Eric Stansifer:

“The resolution of the debate was relatively simple. […] On the basis of the evidence and arguments presented during the debate, I find with high confidence that zoonotic spillover is the more likely origin of sars-cov-2. The most important basis for this decision is the relative epidemiological proximity of the earliest indicators of covid to a plausible animal source rather than a potential laboratory source.”

— Judge Eric Stansifer

We have defribulators because for many years young people have been dropping dead with undiagnosed heart defects which has been happening for years not to mention people just having heat attacks that would have been saved if a defibulator would have been close by, they have been instilled to save lives after many years of campaigning it's nothing to do with vaccinations

well that's part of the logic for banning hormone filled livestock feed.... humans eating it end up with some of it.... and certain hormones cause heart problems

The mystery of the phantom covid jabs on my NHS record

"I have never received any covid vaccine, yet my NHS vaccination records state that:

  • I had dose 1 of the Pfizer injection on 11 Nov 2021 at a pop-up clinic run by the Countess of Chester Hospital
  • I had dose 2 on 5 July 2022 at the Well Pharmacy in Hazel Grove, Greater Manchester
  • I had a bivalent booster on 15 Oct 2022 at Scorah Chemists in Bramhall, also Greater Manchester

Perplexed by the above, I have tried to investigate further.

I wrote to the Information Commissioner’s Officer (ICO) as it seemed to me that a serious information breach had taken place – someone unauthorised had accessed my medical record and inserted an entry.

They basically weren’t interested, telling me to pursue each individual site, which I duly did.

ICO did eventually contact the GP practice where I was registered at the time (but am no longer), but their concern seemed to be solely around the fact that my vaccination record should be updated to reflect what I had actually had (or not had). They seemed remarkably unperturbed by the implications of what has happened which include:

  • Unauthorised access to my medical record
  • Fraudulent data entry
  • Financial payments made for vaccinations not carried out
  • Possible impersonation
And it didn’t just happen once. It happened on multiple occasions, indicating some sort of systematic fraud.

In each case, after investigating the matter, the vaccination site told me in essence that ‘the data is the data’, and while not actually calling me a liar, suggested I might be mistaken (!)

My GP (who knows and shares my views on this topic) just informed me that a fourth injection has appeared on my records.

This time, I am supposed to have received ‘Omicron XBB.1.5 Covid-19 vaccine’ on October 8, 2023. The provider code apparently indicates a pharmacy in Macclesfield, Cheshire. This one is even weirder as I don’t think I even qualified for the autumn ’23 booster which was offered only to >65s and ‘those at risk’.

So what is going on here?"

I suspect some regions might have had a bit too much pressure to get their numbers up of vaccinated people? hard to say for sure.

It gets weirder when you see there is actual forged paperwork apparently..

More likely there has been a coding error or an issue with the software. Not quite nothing to see, move along, but I doubt things are quite as nefarious as the article suggests.
