I have two more contributions:
a) The Fields of the Nephilim - a band i have been listening to for a long time now. In particular, their albums: The Nephilim and Elizium. I believe the last one bares some Aleister Crowley samples and references Sumerian Mythology.
b) Stalker by Robert Rich and B. Lustmord. I downloaded a copy a long time ago and used it for atmospherics at Hallowe'en. It's really well-crafted, which was a slight surprise as 'Dark Ambient' yells talentless-goths with Casio keyboards to me...

Respectively.
