What could possibly go wrong?
She was convicted of eight counts of administering a noxious substance to soldiers without their consent and one count of behaving in a disgraceful manner.
'Behaving in a disgraceful manner' is a subclause of the Canadian National Defence Act relating to conduct in military service -
93 Every person who behaves in a cruel or disgraceful manner is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to less punishment.
Her conduce was merely 'disgraceful' rather than 'cruel'.
Also very silly. She could have killed someone.
